Production Manager – TNT production site (Pori), FORCIT Group

We are now looking for a skilled and driven Production Manager to play a key role in the start-up and future operations of our new TNT production site in Pori. Together with the Plant Director, your mission is to build the production organization and capacity needed to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Production is planned to start in 2028.

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for production operations and the development of production capacity. In the initial phase, your focus will be on preparing processes, securing resources, and building the team for operational readiness. Once production is running (approx. 60–70 employees), you will lead the production organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing production processes and practices
  
• Building production capacity and readiness in close cooperation with the Plant Director
  
• Leading, motivating, and developing the production team
  
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations
  
• Driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement in production
  
• Managing production resources, schedules, and costs
  
• Supporting a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and performance

We believe you have:

• Leadership experience in production or manufacturing
• A proven ability to build and develop production teams and processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A hands-on, proactive leadership style
• Relevant technical education
